Service Description

Calm your body, quiet your mind, and unwind from daily stress with gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Led by a Certified Yoga Therapist, this restorative class offers simple tools to support nervous system regulation and ease tension—especially during the busy holiday season. Ages 14+.
