Kylie Grogan

Movement Scientist & Yoga Therapist

Hi, I’m Kylie, founder of Joyful Natural Wellness.

I believe healing isn’t about pushing through pain it’s about learning to work with your body instead of against it.

My journey into health and wellness began long before I earned certifications or opened my business. Living with severe fibromyalgia myself has given me a deep understanding of what it’s like to feel dismissed, exhausted, and frustrated when your body doesn’t respond the way you want it to. That experience shaped not only my passion, but also the compassionate, individualized approach I bring to every client.

Today, I help people reduce pain, improve mobility, build strength, calm their nervous system, and reconnect with their bodies through a combination of movement science and holistic wellness. Every person who walks through my door has a different story, which is why every plan is thoughtfully designed around their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.

My approach blends the best of evidence-based movement with restorative healing practices, including:

  • Yoga Therapy

  • Personal Training & Corrective Exercise

  • Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Coaching

  • Senior Wellness

  • Reiki

  • Breathwork & Meditation

  • Mental Health Practices

  • Nervous System Regulation

  • Mobility, Flexibility & Balance Training

  • Mindfulness & Stress Management

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating chronic pain, managing stress, or simply hoping to move with greater ease, my goal is to help you feel more confident and at home in your body.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Movement Science from Lewis University and have continued my education through extensive certifications in personal training, yoga therapy, corrective exercise, senior fitness, and therapeutic movement. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), and a certified Yoga Therapist with over 1,200 hours of specialized training. I continue to study the latest research in pain science, movement, and nervous system health so I can provide the highest quality care to my clients.

At Joyful Natural Wellness, I believe healing happens through small, consistent steps not perfection. Progress looks different for everyone, and every victory deserves to be celebrated. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your wellness journey.

Whether we meet in person or virtually, I want you to leave each session feeling more hopeful, more capable, and with practical tools you can continue using long after our time together.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to be part of your journey toward feeling stronger, calmer, and more joyful.
