Learn gentle poses that will strengthen your back, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. Stabilize your lower back with movement and postural correction, as well as release tension in the muscles. Each week we will progress so that you create a lasting yoga practice for back pain relief.

Nature Walk + Mobility + Mindfulness
Join us for a calming outdoor workshop designed to help you move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in nature. We’ll begin with a slow, mindful nature walk, moving at a relaxed pace that encourages presence, grounding, and sensory awareness. After the walk, we’ll settle onto our mats for soothing mobility work, light stretching, and simple techniques to release tension and support comfortable movement. These movements are slow, accessible, and designed to help you feel more open and at ease. We’ll close with calming breathwork and a short, peaceful sound healing moment to help your body shift into deep relaxation. This workshop is beginner-friendly, low pressure, and the perfect way to enjoy a gentle reset outdoors. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your own yoga mat.

About the teacher
Hi! I’m Kylie, a Movement Scientist, Yoga Therapist, and Fibromyalgia Coach.
I’ve personally lived with fibromyalgia for many years, which allows me to teach in a way that respects pain, fatigue, and nervous system sensitivity.
My approach focuses on gentle, therapeutic movement that supports the body instead of pushing it.

Mindful Yoga is a gentle, inclusive class designed to support all bodies and experience levels. This practice weaves breath, therapeutic movement, core awareness, and intentional stillness to restore balance and alignment in both body and mind. Each session becomes a moving meditation that soothes the nervous system. Props and modifications are always offered so you can move in a way that honors your body, calms your mind, and supports healing from within.
